About me

I’m a certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping runners and athletes find balance, strength, and resilience through yoga.

I discovered yoga in London in 2011 during my training as a holistic therapist. Since then, this passion has never left me. Driven by a desire to deepen my practice, I traveled to India to study the teaching methods of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, as well as pranayama and meditation.

After returning to Europe, I taught yoga and meditation across France. What fascinates me most about yoga is its deeply human dimension: the opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and uncover unexpected aspects of who we truly are.

As an experienced runner, I quickly realized how the synergy between yoga and running offers powerful benefits , physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is what I bring today to runners and athletes who want to improve their performance, prevent injuries, and cultivate lasting well-being.

In parallel, I created 👉 Karunasan Yoga, a well-established online platform where I’ve trained over 1,000 students through programs designed to support emotional and mental balance.

Now based in Agadir, I guide yoga and running sessions , combining movement, breath, and mindfulness to support athletic performance and recovery.
