I’m a certified yoga teacher devoted to helping runners and athletes find balance, strength, and resilience , not just in their sport, but in themselves.
My journey with yoga began in London in 2011, during a time of personal transformation. What started as a practice on the mat quickly became a path of inner discovery. Guided by a deep desire to go further, I traveled to India to study traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, pranayama, and meditation at their source.
Back in Europe, I began teaching across France and Europe , sharing not just techniques, but the heart of yoga , its power to reconnect us with who we are beneath the surface.
As a passionate long-distance runner, I soon realized something profound: yoga and running aren’t separate practices , they are two languages of the same truth. One teaches you to move forward with strength; the other teaches you to pause with awareness. Together, they offer athletes a way to train smarter, recover faster, and live more mindfully.
This insight led to the creation of 👉Karunasan Yoga, my online platform where I’ve now guided over 1,000 students through programs designed to support emotional resilience, mental clarity, and sustainable well-being.
Now based in Agadir, Morocco, I lead Yogirun: a space where breath meets movement, where runners become more conscious, and where yoga becomes a tool for deep alignment , both on and off the track.
